Dear Matilda, known for their infectious high energy shows, reflective lyrics and passion for the local music scene, are releasing their new heart melter ‘Clock’s Ticking’.The track depicts feeling the pressure’s in life build as you get older, and the expectations from others, or yourself that you should have achieved more by a certain age. This is the pop punk group's fourth release as a band and they’ve already received radio play around the country (4ZZZ, 3RRR, Inner FM, Phoenix FM) and have been added to notable Australian indie punk playlist, Tuna Tuesday by record label Domestic La La, as well as featuring heavily on independent playlists by locals, MelbourneMusicians. To Celebrate the release of ‘Clock’s Ticking’, Dear Matilda will be performing at The Gasometer Upstairs on Saturday 8th March with support from Get Jaxxed and Tiarnie.
