SKIN THIEF ‘INCHOATE’ SINGLE LAUNCH

Progressive post-metal outfit Skin Thief kicked off 2025 by joining Melbourne based record label Full Contact Safari Records and  announcing their upcoming album ‘Frozen in the Act of Breaking’ 

‘Featuring grinding bass heavy riffs with chopped rhythms that drop into brooding hypnotic atmospherics. The songs twist through introspective soundscapes that often coalesce into explosive crescendos’.

Now they’re returning to the Gaso upstairs February 21st with an epic instrumental lineup to launch their new single ‘Inchoate’. 

Joining them are the ethereal and sprawling “All is Violent” aswell as the fierce and angular “Sliknita” 

It promises to be an excellent night of instrumental heavy atmospheric music no post-rock/metal fan should miss!
